Walletmor Ltd will provide you with a consultancy and full assistance service and will act on your behalf when making arrangements with Walletmor Foundation to provide you with the desirable outcome. Walletmor Ltd provides services only to the citizens of the United Kingdom, Switzerland and  European Economic Area countries. Terms and conditions of such service can be found here.

You can ask for a refund until the service is not delivered. Once an implant is prepared and sent out, the service is considered delivered. Once the implant is sent out, you cannot claim refund.
